LEARNING TRANSFORMS US.
Which college is best for me?
With only five months left in the school year, high school is slowly coming to an end as college quickly approaches. For me, my college choice is already made, but for many of the seniors out there, they are still deciding which college they want to go to. This can be stressful because college is a ton of money and can influence your career choice in the future.
Applying for Scholarships
Scholarships are another stressful thing to think about because as I said before, college is a lot of money and applying for all of those scholarships can be very time consuming. If you are a parent reading this, you can help lift some of that weight off their shoulders by assisting them in the scholarship process. My favorite scholarship website is www.fastweb.com. You can sign up for email notifications for when they find a scholarship match for you.
Finding a Roommate
The final stressful thing is finding a roommate. For many seniors, they may have trouble finding someone to room with because they don’t want to get in the middle of someone’s friendship. Remember, they will pretty much be living with this person starting next year, so it is a stressful process in deciding. Nobody wants a slob as a roommate or someone who stays up too late and is too loud, so be aware of that. Here are some roommate tips.
